Q: Can I walk in for an exam?
A: X-rays are done on a walk in basis, however all other exams are scheduled appointments.

A: Our radiologists typically interpret your study within an hour of your exam. Your physician or health care provider has access to your final report the same day or early the next day, depending on when your study is performed. Our referring physicians ask that you please allow 24 hours for them to review your report and, if there are any questions, review it with the radiologist before discussing it with you.

A: There are a variety of different "preps" and instructions for various exams performed at Express Imaging. Upon scheduling your appointment, your doctor's office will be given the necessary prep for your exam if there is one. If you have further questions you may call us or visit the Preps & Procedures page.

The following times are approximates only: MRI 60 minutes per body part, CT Scans 30 minutes, Ultrasounds 45 minutes, Mammograms 30 minutes, and walk-in x-rays are worked in between scheduled appointments and are usually around 30 minutes.
