Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; we are closed on holidays.
Q: What exams do you perform?
A: We perform MRI (high field and open), CT scans and X-ray. X-rays are performed on a walk-in basis; all other exams are required to be scheduled in advance.
Q: Do I need a physicians order?
A: Yes, an order, or prescription, signed by your physician is required by law for us to perform your exam.

Q: Are you a MedCentral facility?
A: Yes, MedCentral Express Imaging is now fully owned by MedCentral Health System.
Q: Can I walk in for an exam?
A: X-rays are done on a walk in basis, however all other exams are scheduled appointments.
Q: When will my doctor receive the radiologist's report of my exam?
A: Our radiologists typically interpret your study within an hour of your exam. Your physician or health care provider has access to your final report the same day or early the next day, depending on when your study is performed. Our referring physicians ask that you please allow 24 hours for them to review your report and, if there are any questions, review it with the radiologist before discussing it with you.
Q: Is there any preparation for my exam?
A: There are a variety of different "preps" and instructions for various exams performed at Express Imaging. Upon scheduling your appointment, your doctor's office will be given the necessary prep for your exam if there is one. Q: How long will my test take?
A: There are many variables that determine the amount of time you will be at the facility for your test. The following times are approximates only: MRI 60 minutes per body part, CT Scans 30 minutes and walk-in x-rays are worked in between scheduled appointments and are usually around 30 minutes.
