MedCentral Health & Fitness Center
The MedCentral Health & Fitness Center is nothing like your typical gym. That’s because we designed our facility with your health, fitness and well-being in mind. Besides a welcoming atmosphere, you can expect your favorite equipment to work properly—and you won’t have to stand in line to use it.
We offer a variety of state-of-the-art fitness equipment that allows you to combine your favorite aerobic activity with the day’s news, weather, sports, and entertainment featured in our five-screen fitness theater. We also offer more than 50 free classes each week, including aerobics, circuit training, senior fitness, and preseason conditioning for several sports. When your workout is finished, wind down in our spacious, clean locker rooms.
Finally, the MedCentral Health & Fitness team is comprised of college-degreed health care professionals who customize your fitness activities to maximize your potential and help you achieve your fitness goals.
The MedCentral Health & Fitness Center is located in the MedCentral Wellness Complex, 1750 West Fourth Street in Mansfield. We are open Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Saturday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
