Hand Surgery/Orthopaedic Surgery

BC/BE Orthopaedic surgeon with M.D. and hand fellowship training position available. Private practice group. Expansion of services to include hand surgery. Group established > 30 years. 2 physical therapists in office. In-office radiology equipment. Additional details provided to qualified candidates.

Hospitalist:

BC/BE hospitalist needed to join our solo hospitalist at our MedCentral/Shelby Hospital. Open to full-time/part-time. Additional fellowship training in Geriatrics is desirable, but is not necessary. This is a hospital based opportunity with partnership in a smaller community of approximately 10,000 people. Shelby Hospital is a 25 bed critical access hospital with more than 16,000 ER visits annually. Call will be on a rotation basis.

Neurology

We are searching for a BC/BE Neurologist to join an established practice of 3 BC Neurologists. Experience with EEG/EMG is helpful, but not required. The practice is comprised of adult neurology, neurorehab, electrophysiology testing, and a large headache group. This opportunity includes a competitive salary, malpractice insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, money purchase plan and a 401K plan.

Neurosurgeon

Opening for BC/BE neurosurgeon. Sophisticated skull base and cerebrovascular capabilities. Full interventional neuroradiology and endovascular neurosurgery services provided by fellowship trained neurosurgeon. Nomos intensity modulated radiosurgery system. Bi-Plane Angiography Suite. High volume of complex spine cases. Academic appointment opportunities available at nearby medical schools. Patient population base draws from over a six county area. Minimal managed care and minimal trauma.

Orthopaedic Surgery - MedCentral/Shelby Hospital

We are seeking a BC/BE Orthopaedic Surgeon to replace a surgeon who had a tragic accident in June of 2005.

This is a well-established private practice. You will be joining one additional outstanding orthopaedic surgeon who has the utmost reputation in the community for providing orthopaedic surgery services. The ideal candidate would place the quality of care for the patient first. The practice is currently focused on general orthopaedics, limited hand surgery, trauma, and sports medicine. A hospitalist program is available at this hospital location 24/7/365. 2 BC Anesthesiologists are at this location. MedCentral/Shelby Hospital has 15,000 ER visits annually. The community relies very strongly on the orthopaedic surgeons at this hospital. You can expect to be busy immediately.

Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine

We are seeking a BC/BE Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to join one of our solo private practice Pulmonary/Critical Care physicians. Sleep medicine is not required. This position is available due to growth and expansion of services. Practice out of one hospital. Weekend call will be 1:4. Hospitalists available 24/7/365. Patient population limited to adults only.
