Outpatient Neurological Physical Therapy
Neurological Physical Therapy Program focuses on helping people with multiple impairments resulting from a neurological disorder or disease, such as stroke, head injury, spinal cord injury or other disorders that effect the nervous system. The problems that our Physical Therapy at MedCentral treat are impairments of balance, walking, activities of daily living, movement, muscle strength and loss of functional independence.
Our experienced therapists use a variety of assessment tools, techniques, exercises and equipment approaches to maximize a person's potential. Therapists work with patients, one-on one, to determine mutual goals to obtain an increased level of independence and safety in their daily living skills.
